With more than 25 years in business, T'Beaux's Crawfish & Catering offers the best Cajun crawfish and seafood in Central Mississippi!

T'Beaux's II Crawfish & Catering, LLC was opened in 2000, after Baton Rouge native, Kelly Ray decided to share his Cajun roots in Clinton, MS after he finished his football career at Mississippi State University, then Mississippi College.

The T'Beaux's concept was originally started by Kelly's father, Tommy "T-Beaux" Ray in Vicksburg, MS. T'Beaux's Crawfish & Catering, Inc. was established in 1992 from a catering trailer located on Hwy 61 and is still operating today.

Clintonians received their first taste of T'Beaux's unique Cajun eats from a catering trailer that Kelly operated in a parking lot on Hwy 80. Today, the popular take-out restaurant operates from "the shack" in Clinton and locations in Byram, Flowood, and Pocahontas.

T'Beaux's food has become widely popular for its great Cajun flavor and freshness. All of the locations receive shipments of fresh seafood and crawfish daily, and all of their foods are boiled in the secret Ray family seasoning.

The T'Beaux team also operates four catering trailers during the spring crawfish season. They cater large private parties and corporate events all over the Southeast United States.
